Is it time for your Annual Preventative Maintenance / ISO test? We will come in and check the following: universal joint and seals, pump gauges, line gauges, discharge and suction valves, master gauges, line drains, relief valve, governor, primer drive coupling, transfer valve operation, pump main drain, and all lights. With the above we will also change Engine oil/filter and do pump service, lubricate compartment doors, adjust packing, fill primer oil, test pump for vacuum leaks for a fee. (YOU SUPPLY FILTER)
We can give you a quote on all repairs that are needed to keep your apparatus on the front line. As a special reminder, pump packing should be replaced every 2-3 years regardless of use. This should be done to prevent the packing from becoming hard and damaging the pump shaft. Be sure to have your apparatus on a regular packing replacement schedule.
P&G Emergency Equipment can also do ISO testing of your pumps at your suitable draft source for a cost per truck. Additional price breaks are offered for more than one ISO test at your site.
